Smart Tools That Add Insight—Without Filtering
What sets us apart is our proprietary smart tools, which analyze candidate questionnaire responses and generate a compatibility report for employer insight. This report is informational only—it does not block, delay, or filter applications. Every candidate still applies directly, and the employer makes the final call.
A Two-Pathway Ad So You Don’t Miss Candidates
Each job ad includes two built-in pathways: your clinic’s direct contact and your personalized CHH application powered by our proprietary technology. If a candidate reaches out before applying, you can direct them to the application link—we encourage candidates to apply first whenever possible so you receive the fullest picture of fit from the start. Once submitted, you’ll receive an email alert and can also view activity in your login area.
Candidate Profiles, by Choice
After applying, candidates may optionally maintain a statewide profile visible to other clinics in that state. Candidates may also choose to enter our system without applying to a specific job—by selecting a state and leaving the Job ID blank, they can gain visibility and pursue opportunities available in that location. This is always optional, can be deleted at any time, and never replaces a direct application to a clinic when a candidate applies using a Job ID.
